P.E PROJECT

Hello,I´m Sara.Today I'm going to talk about meals, calories, carbohydrates, foods that I eat in a normally day. First at breakfast I usually eat some strawberries with milk and a glass with some cookies.I think that I can improve my breakfast because the cookies have many calories but the strawberries makes up for it.
For the break I don´t eat the same for all the days, for example;Normally on Mondays,Tuesdays and Fridays I eat a sandwich of sausage, but on Wednesdays and Thursdays I eat the same sandwich of sausage and a piece of fruit or some biscuits. In this meal I eat worst because the sandwich of sausage and the biscuits there aren´t any healthy.I can improve if I bring fruits all the days and some nuts.
As the lunch and dinner are very varied these are the meals that I ate yesterday. At lunch, first ate lentils and for the second I ate meat.I think that the lentils are healthy because It´s have many minerals, vitamins...And if you add carrot, these give you goods vitamins for the view. And the meat is similar to lentils has many benefits. And for the dessert I ate a yogurt. To snack I usually eat a piece of fruit or biscuits. And the last meal, the dinner. That day I ate a soup and a hake . This meal I think that is very healthy. And all of this meals with water this is very important!!!
