IRLAND

Irish Beef Stew:
This particular stew has all of the classic trimmings of a good Irish stew . It’s  made with beef, garlic, stock, Irish Guinness beer, red wine, potatoes, carrots, and onions. An excellent, hearty stew. This recipe is usually taken on St. Patrick's Day.

Creamy Seafood Chowder: 
Seafood Chowder is a delicious, rich creamy soup that is very easy to cook.  It’s made of tender shrimp, fish and scallops are combined with white wine and veggies.

Salmon:
It is a steak of steamed salmon with garnish and a specific sauce, also accompanied by mashed potatoes and lemon.

Rhubarb crumble:
Rhubarb is an edible reddish stalk made in syrup.  It is made with apple and served with vanilla ice cream.  The top crust is made with flour, the famous Irish butter, sugar and cinnamon.

Whiskey chicken and leek pie:
This stew accompanied with puff pastry has Irish whiskey chicken, potatoes and vegetables.  They also serve it with garnish.


DRINKS 

Irish Coffee:

Irish coffee is characterized by its bitterness, caramelized sugar and burning whiskey that combine with a layer of whipped cream on top.


Irish Whisky sour:


This is also one of the most popular drinks in Ireland and worldwide.  It is a whiskey that is made from barley, rye, wheat and oats.



Irish Punch:


Irish punch is recognized worldwide. It is made with Irish whiskey, cinnamon, lemon and orange juice, duchess lemonade, pear and lemon
