THEORICAL EXERCISES FIRST EVALUATION : PART 4

How can I improve my endurance?

I can improve my endurance with jump rope,running great speeds at a slow pace... This exercises you can do between 20-30 seconds and rest one minute. Other exercises that you can do are:
-You can climb stairs , every time you go more stairs and faster.
-Make a circuit with You can include push-ups, squats, burpees and abdominals.
